In the app: sign in at relayproposals.com/proposals, open Settings, go to the Profile tab, and use Delete Account at the bottom. You confirm by typing your email address, and the deletion takes effect immediately.
By email: if you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
If you are the sole Owner of an organization that still has other members, transfer ownership to another member first — the app will ask you to do this before it can delete your account, so the team's data is never orphaned.
When your account is deleted, the following data tied to you is permanently removed:
Organization-level records — clients, contacts, projects, bid solicitations, bids, uploaded documents, and audit history — are retained for the other members of your organization, because that data belongs to the organization rather than to you individually.
If you are the sole Owner of an organization, you must either transfer ownership to another member or delete the organization first, so that the organization's data is not orphaned. To delete an entire organization and all of its data, email [email protected].
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Audit-log events that reference your user ID may be retained for integrity and security purposes, but they are no longer linked to your name, email, or other personally identifiable information after deletion.
